Rukwa Sustainable Development organization (RUSUDEO) is Non-Governmental Organization operating in the Tanzania Mainland with its head quarter at Sumbawanga municipality in the Rukwa region. This non-profit organization was officially established in 2001 and legally re-registered to comply with the NGO Act No 24 of 2002 that enabled to receive a granted registration No. 00009898 in 2018.

To promote sustainable development, proper life standards and sustained focus among Tanzania’ community particularly youth, women and marginalized groups

To empower youth, women, and marginalized groups in Tanzania by providing education, healthcare resources, and economic opportunities to build a brighter future

Over the years, RUSUDEO has undergone several strategic changes. And all undertaken options attempted to successfully realize sustainable development to communities and marginalized group.
